If you purchase courses through the CollegeForTrading.com, please note that we do not currently collect or retain credit card numbers internally. We partner with third-party payment providers. All direct payment gateways must meet the standards set by PCI-DSS administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The PCI-DSS requirements are intended to promote the secure handling of credit card information.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within a month. Occasionally it may take us more than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a series of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you informed.
